If your item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please describe the issue clearly. We may contact you by email to request photographs or video before approving a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Please do not return an item without contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns might not be accepted or refunded.
